High school has an amazing way of surrounding you from the truth of the outside world.
People who have it rough in high school: who get told they weren't enough for the expectations of their peers, (most likely) go out in life and push and excel-Because they know how to put effort into work and receive results.
People who are the pushers in high school: the ones who hurt others and are handed things ever since that first day of freshman never truly grasp the reality of responsibility. The people who go into their senior with a mental capacity of a 10 year old and how to treat people goes out the window. These people wake up to a rude reality when that summer after graduation disappears. Now some may survive- its like the first semester of college: some keeping growing and learning others fall down and push others with them.
I am a women and i am completely aware of how cruel we can be to others. The true fights are those among our own gender. I myself am guilty of playing into the drama- but to feel beaten up and left trampled is never a good feeling.
But i need to always remember that the bigger person doesn't keep fighting but has the dignity to pull themselves off the ground and realize that they are more than the part of the silly drama equation.

Just because I have a temper doesnt make me mean. I may be goofy but im not stupid. You may be better but I made it here too. Im not perfect but that doesnt mean im not beautiful. Im lazy, not slow. I try hard to get what I want, others are handed it.
